    GJJ Reality Show

What is happening and DOES happen to every martial art, once a respected figure head or creator is gone, things change.

Frankly, I don't like to use GJJ and reality in the same sentence. As far as the topic at hand, of course things change when founders die. All things change. The truest skill lies in your ability to adept to positive changes, and hold fast against negative ones.

Nicely said. But the merits of something, cannot hold to the test of time thinking that a founder may like or dislike. It is almost fantasy to think what a founder may say or react.

Thank you. Truthfully I hardly give any thought to what founders or grand masters would say or do. Combative science is dynamic, there are always new concepts and ideas. self defense is an ever evolving endeavor. To adhere to strongly to tradition is to turn a blind eye to the realities of change.

True. Especially if the current practitioners dwell on what "their founders may say or do"
